Nature of soils: Clay-limestone. Grape varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Vinification : After a rigorous settling, this wine is made thanks to low temperature vinification after a short maceration to avoid oxidation risks. Alcoholic fermentations are held as long as possible to maximize the fruitiness of this rosé.

Beautiful delicate pale pink color . Fruity and fine nose . Delicious mouth feel all in fruits and freshness. Nice balance for a gourmet wine.

Enjoyable at all times. Ideal as an aperitif or on grilled fish, chicken skewers pickled with lemon or French Southern cuisine.
