Choosing Haussmann means choosing a constant and always controlled quality. Nathalie Haussmann has chosen to develop a long-term partnership with Bordeaux vineyard owners. This partnership gives the range a unique place in the world of branded wines, supplying estate bottled, ‘grower wines’.

Nature of soils: Clay-limestone. Grape varieties: Cabernet Franc and Merlot. Vinification: After direct pressing in an inert press to avoid any risk of oxidation and to protect the aromas, rigorous settling followed by vinification at low temperature. Alcoholic fermentations are held as long as possible to maximize the fruitiness of this rosé.

This grower wine presents a beautiful brilliant pink color and a delicate fruity nose. On the palate, a balanced wine between freshness and roundness with notes of red fruits and raspberries. A gourmet wine to consume fresh.

Enjoyable at all times. Ideal as an aperitif or on grilled fish, chicken skewers pickled with lemon or with southern French cuisine.
