10 years after the launch of her emblematic cuvée Haussmann Baron Eugène, Nathalie Haussmann continues to write her story and launches a new «prestige» range of Champagne. She decided to call them Charles Haussmann, paying tribute to her oldest son Charles; Those 3 Champagne products are reflecting the Haussmann family values: a subtle alliance between tradition and modernity. The Charles Haussmann Champagne is made in Hautvillers, birthplace of Champagne located 5km from Epernay. Incomparable place whose hillsides are part of the UNESCO list of world heritage sites, it is here that the Benedictine monk Dom Pérignon gave birth to the first Champagne bubbles in 1681.
Vineyard Region: AOC Champagne. Grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir et Pinot Meunier. Vinification: This sparkling wine is made from the 3 grapes of Champagne region. 30% of reserve wines are incorpored into this traditional blend in order to obtain a regular taste and quality each year. A minimum of 2 years of aging is necessary to develop this Champagne. Sugar content: 7.5-8.5 g/L Level: 12% Vol.
