Where is this wine from ?
Great Terroirs of Burgundy ,
are a mosaïc of parcels growing
upon open hillsides, where sun
warmly shines, designing many
wine identities. Typically french,
they go from very tannic and
powerful to extremely fine and
elegant wines in the most calcary
parcels.
Cultivation : This famous domaine has
been created by talented Agnès Paquet in
2000, is 10,5 hectars wide. No pesticide is
used. The vines are manually worked and
harvested.
Vinification: This vintage originates from
old vines, growing on a quite fresh terroir,
giving tension to the wine. Vinification and
ageing in oak barrels during 10 months and 4
months in tanks to fine the wine. Bottled
without any filtration.
