Description

The cuvée La Talentueuse is our traditional vintage. After maturing
in barrels and half-muids for more than 16 months, the blending of
Grenache and Syrah, completed with old Carignans, offers this
Côtes du Rhône in depth and complexity.
The Cuvée La Talentueuse 2020 is distinguishes itself Grenache
matured in the extreme while keeping the freshness, and by its rich
fruit bouquet ranging from the mara des bois to the tonka bean
with a hint of cocoa. Syrah is just and signing its presence by its
peppered frame. The mouth is rich, round, crisp, greedy and long
in the end.

Food pairing:

Along with summer grills, cooked with Mediterranean spices (thyme,, rosemary, laurel, savory, garlic), roasted meat and meals from the South of France.
