Description

Choosing Haussmann means choosing a constant and always controlled quality. Nathalie Haussmann has chosen to develop a long-term partnership with Bordeaux vineyard owners. This partnership gives the range a unique place in the world of branded wines, supplying estate bottled, ‘grower wines’.

Nature of soils: Clay-limestone. Grape varieties: Sauvignon blanc and Sémillon. Vignification: Largely from Sauvignon Blanc, an early variety, it is vinified at a low temperature after direct pressing and delicate decanting. The alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel vats in order to develop its aromatic complexity, followed by aging on lees in order to obtain its fat.

This Grower wine is characterized by a pale yellow color with green highlights as well than a nose with floral and citrus notes. It presents a fresh mouth, at the same time mineral and aromatic on noteslemon and grapefruit zest, with a hint of lychee and fruits of the passion.
