H Haussmann was created by Nathalie Haussmann to pay tribute to her ancestor, Baron Haussmann. Reflecting the French art de vivre, this range is an ode to the excellence of French wine know-how.

Nature of soils: Clay-limestone. Grape varieties: Grenache, Cinsault, Rolle and Syrah. Vinification: Direct pressing, cold settling, yesting of musts, controlled temperature. Ageing: 5 months in stainless steel tanks.

Produced from Grenache, Cinsault, Rolle and Syrah, this wine is characterized by its pale pink color, its nice nose marked by citrus aromas, round on the palate with a beautiful freshness.

To be enjoyed with Mediterranean cuisine, grilled meats or fish, salads, or as an aperitif.
