Description

Nature of soils: Clay-limestone. Grape varieties: Sémillon and Muscadelle. Vinification: Vinification at low temperature after a direct pressing and a delicate settling. Then the alcoholic fermentation is stopped before all the sugars are transformed into alcohol.

This grower wine is characterized by a yellow golden color. Nose of dried fruits, honey, citrus fruits, orange blossom. On the palate, supple attack, well balanced, good typicity.

Enjoyable at all times. Will be appreciated both as an aperitif and with foie gras, sweet and sour cuisine, desserts made with fresh fruits or chocolate.
