What is the difference between Sustainable and Organic Wine?

Sustainable wine is focused on leaving as little negative impact on the earth as possible. Organic wines, however, is more customer-orientated and is focused around no synthetic additions to the wines.

This means that no synthetic pesticides are used on the vines, and no additives or sulphites are added to the wine during production.
